Brian P. Moran
Brian P. Moran enjoys an excellent reputation for his real estate and conveyancing work, having served many financial institutions and private clients over the past 27 years. Mr. Moran was associated for over 11 years with the firm of Shocket & Dockser in Natick, Massachusetts. In October of 1998, he opened his own firm. As part of his conveyancing practice, Mr. Moran represents commercial real estate developers, as well as sellers and buyers of single and multiple dwelling properties. He is an agent for several major title insurance companies, and is accomplished in both mortgage and asset based lending. He has a strong background in residential and commercial lending, including the secondary market. Mr. Moran has also represented various lenders in commercial and residential foreclosures throughout Massachusetts.
The firm’s practice also includes commercial lease negotiations, condominium conversions, zoning opinions, estate planning and probate administration. Presently, the firm’s real estate work covers the following Eastern Massachusetts counties: Barnstable, Essex (North and South), Middlesex (North and South), Suffolk, Norfolk, Plymouth and Worcester.

Maia R. Moran
Ms. Moran has 14 years of civil litigation experience as a trial attorney with the Boston staff counsel offices for CNA Insurance Companies.
Since joining her husband part time in 1998 and on a full time basis in 2005, Ms. Moran has undertaken the general management responsibilities associated with operating the firm. She also assists with the Real Estate practice and handles Estate planning and Probate Administration.
Education and Memberships: Simmons College, BS in Nursing, 1981; Suffolk University Law School, 1987. Bar Memberships and Affiliations: Massachusetts Bar Association. Admitted to practice in State and Federal Courts in Massachusetts, including the First Circuit Court of Appeals. Ms. Moran currently sits on the Board of Directors for the Melrose Day Care Center and Preschool, Inc., the Friends of the Milano Center and is a member of the Melrose Rotary Club.
